The entrance opens directly into the living room, bright and sunny and furnished with a unique ?L? shaped couch and a glass-top table for 6 in the dining area. A French window enables the sunlight to pour in and highlight the lovely parquet flooring, in addition to leading out onto a charming balcony which overlooks a great part of the older city of Bologna and its surrounding green hills. The day area then proceeds into the separate eat-in kitchen, with wooden cabinets to match the parquet flooring, and fully equipped with all necessities including a dishwasher and microwave oven. The sleeping area offers a comfortable and spacious atmosphere with its two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (to be separated into two singles upon request) and the other furnished with two twins and a lightweight armchair which converts into a third single bed and may be moved into the living room for added privacy. The two bathrooms offer one a bathtub and the other a stall shower, thereby satisfying all preferences. Complete with air conditioning and a private parking space, the apartment is ideal for managers and families wishing to visit Bologna at any time of the year.
