The fourth floor includes a large living room with a four-seater sofa, a TV area and a dining table for 6 people, then a bathroom with a tub and a fully fitted kitchen with island, equipped with a microwave and a dishwasher. Also on the fourth floor, three French windows overlook the Naviglio Pavese, characterized by a weir designed by Leonardo da Vinci and still operating.
