Apartment | 2 Bedrooms | 1 Bathrooms | Sleeps 4 This is a cosy apartment in the second line of the beach that offers the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. The apartment is approximately 100 m2 and it counts with 2 rooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), which makes it perfect for families or groups of friends. There is no AC but we can provide you with fans if you need them. The house has a fully furnished bathroom with shower. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building and it has neighbours just on the first floor. You can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the 20 m2 terrace, which is furnished with a table, 4 chairs, a sun umbrella and 2 loungers. Outside you will find a shower that you will be able to use after the beach! On the living room there are two comfortable sofas where you can relax having a siesta, surf the Internet (WIFI) or watch satellite TV. In the dining room there are table and chairs for 4 people, where you can have summer meals with friends and family. In the kitchen you will find everything you might need during your holiday: gas stove, electric oven, toaster, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and a lot more. Of course you will find as well a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please, mind that pets are not allowed. The location of the house is perfect because you will be by the sea and have fantastic views and you will have everything you need just 5 minutes drive. In Puerto de Alcudia you will find supermarkets and lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the centre of town becomes crowded and lively. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre. Close by there are other beaches that are worth to visit: Formentor, Manresa, Alcanada, Platja d’Alcúdia or Cala Sant Vicenç. Pollença is a lovely town nearby which you would love to visit. Don’t forget to climb the 365 steps to El Calvari from where you will be able to enjoy fantastic views to the bay.
