The nearest ski area is only 1.2 mi away. A cross-country ski run is 1640 feet away. The Zugspitzbahn cable car is 1.9 mi away, and Garmisch Partenkirchen can be reached by car in 30 minutes. In summer and winter guided hikes and mountain bike tours are offered. Billiard, table tennis, and tabletop football can be played at the hotel.
