The apartment is located in a prestigious villa dating back to the XV century on Lake Garda, in the picturesque village of Polpenazze, halfway between Salò and Desenzano. The Gardagolf Country Club is in the vicinity. The complex offers several flats to let and some luxury facilities, such as pool with solarium, garden and underground parking. The apartment is accessed from the inner courtyard (with elevator or stairs) and is located on the 1st floor. Before entering you find a stunning open-gallery (a ‘loggia’) converted into an elegant relaxation area with table and chairs. The living room is composed of a dining corner with a 6-seater dining table, a open-plan kitchen with full amenities, and a relaxation corner with double sofa bed, single bed chair and TV set. From the living room walk into anteroom: from here you enter the box room and -opposite- the full bathroom with washer and shower. A little further along you find the two bedrooms: the first one has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, whilst the second one comes with a single bed, a desk and a closet. From the bedrooms you enjoy ample views of the garden. Feel free to explore the amazing outdoor facilities, such as the solarium and the pool, both with ample views of the south-western shore of Garda lake. The apartment comes with a private underground garage. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
