Guests enter the apartment from the inner courtyard (the flat is on the ground floor). They are welcomed into a spacious living room composed of a dining area with a 6-seater table and a fully-fitted open plan kitchen, and a relaxation corner with a double sofa bed, a single bed chair and a TV set. Next to the living room there is the hallway, which leads to the box room and -opposite- to the bathroom with shower and washing machine; then, you walk up to the two bedrooms: the first one has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, the second one comes with a single bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The two bedrooms open out into the outdoor veranda fitted with table and chairs where to enjoy the quietness of the surroundings and the lovely garden. Feel free to explore the amazing outdoor facilities, such as the solarium and the pool, both with ample views of the south-western shore of Garda lake. The apartment comes with a private underground garage. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
