For the cards games fans there is a corner with a cards game table. From the windows glass that opens to the garden, you can take a dip in the pool, relax in the Jacuzzi or have a barbecue. In one of the corners there is a TV area with TV and DVD player, as well as a fire place. Next to the living room is a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with an American style fridge and a breakfast area that opens to the inside garden. Finally, in the middle of the villa there is an open garden area, with flower vases, a kind of winter garden, that brings even more light to the living room. The first floor access is enabled by a wooden staircase. On the first floor has three double bedrooms, one with fireplace and all with private bathrooms with shower.
