There is a large open plan living room with large screen T.V., blue ray DVD player, large leather sofas, rugs and log fire. The exterior dining table seats 10 comfortably and is served by a large, fully fitted kitchen. The rear patio doors open out onto the terrace with outdoor sofas, dining table, sunbeds for all, gas BBQ and table tennis table in the shaded area below. Beyond this is the 12x7m infinity edge swimming pool with waterfall, custom made mosaics and roman steps for easy access to the beautiful pool. There is also an astro turfed lower deck with 8x2.5m  shallow (0.6m to beach entry) baby pool, a lovely way to cool off from the hot summer sun. The interior of the property is fully air-conditioned throughout with ceiling fans, and there is underfloor heating for year round comfort.
