A glass door will lead you to a small interior balcony with washing machine. There is ample seating for 8 in the dining and living rooms and a selection of DVD movies to enjoy on the big HDTV screen. On the 10m2 balcony are 3 small café tables which can be pushed together for dining al fresco. Please be respectful of the neighbours late at night. The living room and each bedroom have an A/C and heating wall unit installed for your comfort. All windows are double-glazed to maintain the interior climate and also to keep out external noise. ** Please be responsible with electricity consumption. You will be allotted a sensible allowance of 3€ per day and the meter reading will be noted on arrival and departure. ** Any consumption above this allowance would be charged to you in cash on check-out. For your convenience, a telephone is available to make free local calls and/or to receive international calls from home. Free ADSL and Wifi all throughout the apartment.
