Area Attractions: The home is 15 miles from Disney and the Theme Parks and 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. In addition to being close to the Prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course and Driving Range, the resort is only a short drive from a host of other highly rated Central Florida golf courses. These include Southern Dunes, Orange County National and Reunion Resort. ***Private Pool Heating: As is typical for the Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May – October usually is not necessary. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11.
