The house itself, has a modern open plan living & dining area with 6 patio doors opening onto a veranda and the sea view beyond. This faces SW - ideal for enjoying the afternoon sun, BBQs & watching the spectacular sunsets. The ground floor bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with a further family bathroom upstairs. A three minute stroll from the villa is the communal pool which boasts a shallow kids' pool and large, kidney shaped adults' pool, surrounded by suitable shade and plenty of sunbeds for all. There are changing rooms and toilets conveniently situated beneath the swimming pool area if required.
