In case you just want to visit Lisbon you have the famous tram 28 stop at 550m from the apartment, you can take a ride and see most of the typical neighborhoods and alleys of Lisbon. You are also very close to the garden of Principe Real (450m) where you have a playground for the children to play, a big tree with a nice shade and benches for you to relax and read a book and some coffee shops with terrace. From here you are 1 minute away from the busy and festive Bairro Alto where the small streets fill up with people at night and bars open from door to door.   This nice 3 bedroom house with 180sqm has 3 floors: the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor. The ground floor has the hall of the house and a flight of stairs that you go up to the first floor where you will find a nice living room with a wood fireplace and a big piano with direct access to one of the terraces of the house. On the first floor you have also the kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and a dining room. On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms along with another terrace. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds and access to another terrace, the other two bedrooms have one double bed each. The apartment is equipped with portable heaters, AC, wi-fi connection and cable tv. Adult Minimum Age: Check-in is after 3pm (by prior notice and confirmation, you can access the apartment from 11am to leave your luggage and receive the keys, however, if we have a guest on the same day leaving the apartment it will not be ready before 3pm).
