Vista Cay & The Isles Resort The Isles at Cay Commons has a large community pool with deck with lots of sun lounges, a picnic area with BBQ facilities and a 9-hole putting green - all within a 1 minute walk of your elegant unit in The Isles. In walking distance, next to The Isles you have Vista Cay with walking trails around the whole area and beautiful Lake Cay, another large community pool with enormous multi-level decks and cabanas, huge heated outdoor spa, a separate gated kiddie pool and basketball court. The 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art clubhouse has luxurious furnishings, and includes an internet library, meeting rooms, fitness center, movie theater with a large selection of movies, arcade/games room with plenty of pool tables. ***Private Pool Heating: As is typical for the Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May – October usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of approximately $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10.
