The large open plan "L" shaped living room leads to the well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar with bar stools. A pair of sofas offers room for everyone to relax and listen to music or watch a movie. Additionally there are three good sized bedrooms with balconies and all rooms have airconditioning. The inside space leads via patio doors onto a large balcony with views to the pool and garden. The balcony has a table with chairs and there are loungers for use around the pool. A private parking space is available to the side of the property.Close by is the resort clubhouse together with the main resort pool, cafe-bar, restaurant and sports areas. A free shuttle bus transports you between sites and also down to the beach and beach club at the foot of Royal Heights. Security Deposit: 150 A refundable Breakage Deposit of £150 is payable upon arrival and will be returned in full, in the case of a check, less any breakage/damage in the villa or apartment through misuse of accident, within two weeks of end of your stay. Cleaning / Maid Service: You will find the property clean and tidy when you arrive. Rates include for cleaning and linen change at the end of each booking. Should you require regular additional cleaning it is possible for this to be arranged in advance at an additional cost. Cleaning utensils and appliance are provided in the apartment should you require them. Linen and Towels: All bedding is provided. Should you require additional changes, then this can be arranged in advance and at additional cost. All hand and bath towels are provided. There is a washing machine in the apartment for additional cleaning if required. Pool / beach /sun bed towels are not provided. Utilities: The cost for the use of tap water, electricity and gas is for the most part included in the rental price. However, some accommodations have electric meters fitted and these are "pay as you go" meters. These meters are set at standard municipality rates for the times of usage and cards can be purchased from the local management agent. Valuables: Any valuables left at the property are left at your own risk. We are not responsible for their loss and we therefore recommend that you take out the appropriate personal travel insurance.
