On the ground floor there is a large open plan living  and dining room with a separate kitchen area and a down stairs toilet. There are also two double sofa beds. The first floor has two bedrooms, each with a en-suite bathroom. One has a king size bed, and the other has two single beds. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9.
