The accommodation comprises of a master bedroom with double bed, an open plan living space with integral kitchen and dining area and patio doors to the terrace. The terrace, living area and bedroom all have sea views. The apartment is located close the infinity pool, beach club, clubhouse, cafe-bar, restaurant, fitness room, sauna and Turkish bath. The beach and beach club are located at the foot of the resort.Shops and bars, including a supermarket, are within 250m and you have free access to sister resorts Turquoise and Flamingo Country Club providing additional clubhouses, slide pools, more communal pools as well as golf and tennis. FREE intersite buses are available for moving between resorts or you can walk. There is also a monorail on the resort. Close by there are several bars and restaurants. Bodrum Town is accessible by bus and close by you have several fine restaurants at Bogazici, Guvercinlik and Gulluk Town. Cleaning / Maid Service: You will find the property clean and tidy when you arrive. Rates include for cleaning and linen change at the end of each booking. Should you require regular additional cleaning it is possible for this to be arranged in advance at an additional cost. Cleaning utensils and appliance are provided in the apartment should you require them. Linen and Towels: All bedding is provided. Should you require additional changes, then this can be arranged in advance and at additional cost. All hand and bath towels are provided. There is a washing machine in the apartment for additional cleaning if required. Pool / beach /sun bed towels are not provided. Utilities: The cost for the use of tap water, electricity and gas is for the most part included in the rental price. However, some accommodations have electric meters fitted and these are "pay as you go" meters. These meters are set at standard municipality rates for the times of usage and cards can be purchased from the local management agent. Valuables: Any valuables left at the property are left at your own risk. We are not responsible for their loss and we therefore recommend that you take out the appropriate personal travel insurance.
