Should you require regular additional cleaning it is possible for this to be arranged in advance at an additional cost. Cleaning utensils and appliance are provided in the apartment should you require them. Linen and Towels: All bedding is provided. Should you require additional changes, then this can be arranged in advance and at additional cost. All hand and bath towels are provided. There is a washing machine in the apartment for additional cleaning if required. Pool / beach /sun bed towels are not provided. Utilities: The cost for the use of tap water, electricity and gas is for the most part included in the rental price. However, some accommodations have electric meters fitted and these are "pay as you go" meters. These meters are set at standard municipality rates for the times of usage and cards can be purchased from the local management agent. Valuables: Any valuables left at the property are left at your own risk. We are not responsible for their loss and we therefore recommend that you take out the appropriate personal travel insurance.
