The living room has a small balcony with river views and you have a separate dining room with a table for four. The apartment is equipped with portable heaters and fans, WIFI connection and TV. You have a bus stop at 5 minute walk where you can take a bus to Praça da Figueira (downtown) and in a few minutes you will be in the heart of the city. From there you can also catch another bus to Belem where you can visit several of the Portuguese Discoveries monuments and taste the famous “Pasteis de Belem”. If you prefer to go to Sintra you can take the train in Rossio Station that is at a 5 minute walk from Praça da Figueira. In the apartment street you can find a small restaurant/ café and at 800m (10 min walk) there is a supermarket where you can buy groceries. Adult Minimum Age: Check-in is after 3pm (by prior notice and confirmation, you can access the apartment from 11am to leave your luggage and receive the keys, however, if we have a guest on the same day leaving the apartment it will not be ready before 3pm). Check-out is required to be carried out until 11 am. The properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean comfortable stay. Please be thoughtful of renters who may be checking in on the same day that you checkout. Occasionally delays may occur during peak season.
