We gladly receive our guests with a welcoming fruit basket and typical sweet dutch cookies. If you come with a car, Joanna will personally take you to where you can park your car in a safe residential area and will take you back to the apartment. There is possibility of parking on the street but it is expensive that is open from 9am till 24 hours at night, Free on Sunday. 50 meter from the huis, there is parking paid from 9am till 19 hours, after free. Also from Friday from 19 hours free, Saturday and Sunday free as well. The last possibility its a P+R parking 5 min with a bus stopping in a front of the huis. No smoking allowed inside or on the balcony. It is perfect for a group of friends and quiet people. Interaction is very personal. We make our guest feel very comfortable. Free pick up service from the apartment to the RAI convection center to all guests attending the events, all days of the conventions. The service is FREE OF CHARGE for the guests. There is a refundable security deposit due upon arrival. The amount will vary depending on the property you choose. This amount will show in the terms and conditions as well as in the booking flow. After checkout, the manager will refund the deposit once the unit is inspected and found to have no damage. ** Important ** To complete your booking, you MUST register at https://www.homescheckin.com to complete your reservation and access your check-in instructions. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 6. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. 7. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 8.
