I recently went to the Sauna for a relax and massage. The place is enormous but very quite during my visit early afternoon. I gather it gets busier later. They have a cavernous bath area with steam rooms, saunas, showers and wet sitting areas and a place for free snacks and fruit. After dining your Jammies you can hit the lounge and sleep or watch tv with drinks served. They have an enormous buffet but it starts at 6 pm. There is separate ladies floor and Beaty dos area for various treatments. I had a 90 minute HK massage and it was great. Very experience mid aged lady. All legit. No funny or 'extra' service. It was weird in that it probably coord with 300-400 punters but being near empty ... It's in good condition though dated style wise. For a good sauna and massage, its fine for around 400 rmb.

Very large room, big and clean bathroom, even a computer with free internet in the room. A good 4 star standard of accommodation. Very large room, big and clean bathroom, even a computer with free internet in the room. A good 4 star standard of accommodation. It is a newish building that also houses a spar that offers all manner of massage and pampering. The spar is mainly used by outside customers with membership. I had a cold and so did not try the spa facilities. The hotel is in a residential area: wide streets, shops, pedestrians, restaurants, small parks and neighbourhood scenes. Metro station is about 5 mins walk away, Pearl river is about 12 minutes walk in opposite direction to metro.Easy to find a good nearby restaurant or fruit stall. Staff have limited English and so it is hard to order room service or find out about the in-house restaurant. But all staff very pleasant and obliging. I was pleasantly surprised by a window that I could open. My bathroom was enormous though only a shower cubicle, no bathtub.
