“Perfect location, nice staff”
As soon as I arrived to the hotel, I could have felt the good vibe that impere there because of the friendly receptionist service and the whole Chandelier staff. “Missed reservation”
We had two rooms reserved, one for one night, one for two nights. Upon arrival of the second group they told us, they have no room and we should move into a nearby hotel.
