Very nice and clean place with a beautiful view. The more ”modern” pictures are the accurate ones. The place was very calm and at top of the building there is a terrace with sun beds and a pool. “Perfect hotel for a realxed vacation”
I had an amazing week at puerto principal! Nice clean apartment facing the port (all do) with supernice outside space. The staff is wonderful and helpfull and the pool area is 5+. “New refurbished and good looking apartments”
Puerto Principe has 13 apartments which is newly renovated. Apartments are are very delightful with excellent comfort. Very good beds (best i have tried in Puerto Rico Gran Canaria). Very friendly and helpful staff.

“Hillside apartment hotel”
Very loud ac. 3€ from town to hotel incl. tip with taxi. Otherwise you can walk down quite easily if you do not have knee problems. Nice view. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Hard mattresses.
