I stayed two night in this hotel, it was quiet, clean, and the staff was very helpful. The Wifi worked good in my room. The airconditioning was cold and comfortable. I stayed two night in this hotel, it was quiet, clean, and the staff was very helpful. The Wifi worked good in my room. The airconditioning was cold and comfortable. The breakfast was included, fruit, scrambled eggs, toast, juice and coffee. The hotel stored my bags for free while I took daytrips elsewhere. I paid 104,000 COP per day, a good value for the quality received. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely stay there again.

as we were arriving during the town's crazy busy festival, our web provider had somehow cancelled our reservation although we had a written confirmation. The more than hospitable staff allowed us to stay until it was all straightened out. Convenient location.....clean rooms....one of the few places… Више

as we were arriving during the town's crazy busy festival, our web provider had somehow cancelled our reservation although we had a written confirmation. The more than hospitable staff allowed us to stay until it was all straightened out. Convenient location.....clean rooms....one of the few places in Colombia we had hot water. Great value for the money and the manager was extremely helpful.

We booked through agoda.com. At the time of booking no double rooms were listed as available so we booked a triple room. After arriving it was clear that there were many double rooms available. We booked through agoda.com. At the time of booking no double rooms were listed as available so we booked a triple room. After arriving it was clear that there were many double rooms available. In contrast to our experience at San Martin in Cartagena, Atlantic Blue offered no reduction eventhough we were put in a double room. I did not make a scene but neither did I appreciate their attitude. This hotel is OK in many respects but the location is awful and the breakfast has scant choices. In addition, there is no elevator and all rooms require climbing up stairs. We stayed the three nights we booked then moved to the El Prado for our last two nights.
