“Exceptional staff.”
Our easyJet flight from Tenerife was diverted to Santiago. Quite late at night, the sudden arrival of unscheduled 180+ travellers was dealt with courteously and efficiently by the friendly staff. “Thank you for the wonderful stay”
What a great hotel. Even though it is 4.5km on the Camilo to the Cathedral, it is a short bus ride (number 6, 1 euro per person in Nov 24) to the old city. Large room. Great friendly staff. Highly recommended if we ever come this way again. We ended up dining in the restaurant here for two consecut… Fler

“Enjoyed”
Stayed at this hotel as a family of three - the accommodation is perfect and location is a 40 minute walk from the centre. The food was lovely and the staff pleasant. Nice bar that had the euros on and nice reasonable priced drinks- we can recommend.
