They have very kind and helpful personnel! They mention all details when you ask questions. The hotel is clean, silent and at a good location. I enjoyed the breakfast! You can feel like you are at home if you especially visit the city for the first time.

Customer-oriented staff, their desire to help and ability to find a solution to any request: from dining, parking and shopping advice to late check-out staying in the same room, while it was booked by the next guests. Comfortable apartment-like room with a small kitchen corner

“Wouldn’t Stay again”
Traveled with a group of students in June. Arrival was terrible with us standing along the sidewalk while they insisted on making copies of everyone’s passport. The check in person was rude and shouted at us. Then we were 21 people trying to use and elevator that took 2 people at a time. No balcony… Fler
