A szoba tiszta volt, az ágy kényelmes volt, és a biztonság nem jelent problémát ebben a szállodában. Biztonságuk van a helyszínen annak érdekében, hogy senki ne aggódjon. A szoba tiszta volt, az ágy kényelmes volt, és a biztonság nem jelent problémát ebben a szállodában. Biztonságuk van a helyszínen annak érdekében, hogy senki ne aggódjon. A légkondicionáló jól működött, bár egy kicsit zajos, de nem valami fontos dolog, ez segített fehér zajt. A reggeli reggel valóban zsúfolt volt, így nem tudtam részt venni. Határozottan úgy véled, hogy újra itt maradsz a munkához.

Üzleti út Cancúnba, szép hotel, kedves emberek, de ott, ahol a The lobbyban dolgozik, ilyen anoying. A reggeli szinte nem opciók azok számára, akik nem eszik cukrot, mint én. Általában szép hotel, egy vagy két napig dolgozik

I’ve traveling with Marriott for more than ten years., Caribbean, USA, Europe. This is the most disappointing experience. I’ve traveling with Marriott for more than ten years., Caribbean, USA, Europe. This is the most disappointing experience. First the floors were” soaking “ wet like it was mopped and left to dry due to the oxidation from the AC. Second I couldn’t reach the front desk on the phone so I went downstairs to be torte phone is “not working “😝 due to technical issues! Third… 3 employees @ the front desk.. no one spoke English… Fourth… no hot water for my morning departure. No wash towels!!! This should not be under Marriott Brand… it doesn’t reflect their high standards…Oh and the TV didn’t work.. For a short stay it was ok but no hot water… I should be refunded… The good it was very very well lit… the AC was so cold👍🏽 I initially had to put on my ❄️ Northface jacket upon arrival…

“Good, could be better, but it’s not horrible”

The shower water was cold, though a family member staying on a different floor said it was warm after a few minutes. There was also a smell of cleaning supplies maybe? or something similar. The shower water was cold, though a family member staying on a different floor said it was warm after a few minutes. There was also a smell of cleaning supplies maybe? or something similar. Also a towel was a bit dirty but it wasn’t too big of a problem because it was the shower mat and not one of the bigger towels. The breakfast food is good but not too varied but there are free drinks for the entire day I think.
