“Pretty great experience!”

Great front desk staff. Friendly and helpful. They were very kind to let us check in a little early. The beds were comfortable and the room was nicely furnished. Location is great. Close to downtown, Casino, marina, and beaches.

Basic Fairfield , close to highway but can’t hear traffic Pool smaller , no hot tub , we had no towels for pool Had to go to front desk and ask , gal filled immediately:) hallways on floors very stuffy and hot but air in room fine . Check lady super nice

It has been my experience that when writing a review, companies may apologize and "hope to win back your patronage" at a later date. That doesn't help DURING the stay, however. I have been to this hotel twice before. My reservation and check in went fine. They are renovating the top floor, so there is a little noise during the day. The room is basic: pillows weren't comfortable (and two smelled so had to be replaced); there is a mini fridge and micro; carpet could've used some vacuuming; and the bathroom was very run down with mold on the tub caulk. Absolutely no service done in the room-no garbage removed, no towel refresh, no coffer resupplied. We stayed Friday through Sunday. Breakfast was average; bread and bagels are open to the elements are were stale/hard. No micro to heat up oatmeal pkgs. Very cold in the breakfast room, as well. There was no internet due to a part needing to be replaced, but the hotel was waiting on the part--I was told to use my hotspot if I had one. Those of us needing to work were out of luck and needed to find a local coffee shop to work in. There didn't appear to be front desk staff at all times (no answers to phone calls; no one at the desk when approached about concerns, etc.) All in all I felt that our stay was better in previous years, and we will investigate other options moving forward. For the money spent, it was disappointing.

This hotel has so much potential, but I think it must have very poor management. Upon entering the facility, the garbage can by the front door was overflowing. This hotel has so much potential, but I think it must have very poor management. Upon entering the facility, the garbage can by the front door was overflowing. Check in was OK, but when we got to our room # 218, the bathtub grossed us out. There was black mold in the corner, the bottom of the bathtub was stained, different shelves had originally been attached to the tile wall had been pulled off, but the glue remained on the tiles. The room itself was OK. Across from the elevator on the second floor is a mirror that has a layer of dust all over it. The ceiling across from the elevator on the second floor looks like it had caved in and someone tried to patch it and did a terrible job. Carpet in numerous areas is fraud and torn. Breakfast actually pretty good, but the wooden columns in the breakfast area were filthy from people throwing garbage away and missing the garbage containers. Overall, it has potential, but it needs a manager who will see these deficiencies and fix them.
