My family of 4 came for the lunar new year break and booked 2 rooms. Arrived early and the reception manager allowed us to check in before 10am, she was very caring and attentive to our needs. That’s not all, Mr Jack Lim and his manager went the extra mile to help us re-arrange our tour that the tour operator messed up. The 2 gentlemen went through the hassles very patiently and with a genuine intention to help. Upon knowing I am looking for a specific Korean craft, they helped to search for places where I could go and even called the shops personally to check if they are open during the holiday. They even recommended places we could go for our interest. Not to forget the unsung heroine behind the scene, the housekeeping auntie is always very friendly and keeping our rooms clean and tidy. I highly recommended Voco Gangnam for your stay in Seoul, not only for the convenient location but most importantly the personable service that are above and beyond. Thank you for making our stay memorable and enjoyable.

I was really tired from my journey, but thankfully, I could relax comfortably at this accommodation. The service at the front desk was impressively prompt and friendly, which pleasantly surprised me. We redeemed one night in June and were upgraded to the Premier One King Bed room (30sqm). The staff were also excellent, and we decided to book the hotel for a family holiday in December (4 nights). Unfortunately, the Deluxe Twin bed rooms (25sqm) were just too small. In addition, the hotel was charging for every extra item (blanket or pillow) which normally other hotels provide free of charge.
