We went in November 24-25th of 2019. The front desk staff was really helpful. We arrived at the hotel at 10am but we were given a room even though check in time was 3pm, really thankful to the front desk staff. Room was spacious and the mattress was really comfortable. Breakfast restaurant was packed but we still got our seats. Buffet breakfast was filling and the staff were pleasant as well. Location is superb, very nesr the woodlands checkpoint and easily accessible.

The hotel employees are really accomodating and friendly. Although it is an old hotel the lobby smells really good and it has a big space upon entering. The hotel employees are really accomodating and friendly. Although it is an old hotel the lobby smells really good and it has a big space upon entering. Love the breakfast buffet and of course the room was clean and big although the style and some of the furnitures and electrical sockets and buttons are quite classical style. I felt the age of the hotel and the old style fashion.

“Old but well maintained hotel”

Generally, the place looks seemingly old but the facilities and rooms are well maintained and good. The staffs are friendly and breakfast is decent. It is a short walking distance from city square and their Housekeeping is pretty efficient. Aside from its location, there's nothing else that I liked about this hotel. The furnishings were stuck in time (like 80's) Very vintage appliances (hairdryer and vault that doesnt work) the bathroom has seen better days.. very old tiles and the bathroom door has a gap so it lacks privacy. Aside from its location, there's nothing else that I liked about this hotel. The furnishings were stuck in time (like 80's) Very vintage appliances (hairdryer and vault that doesnt work) the bathroom has seen better days.. very old tiles and the bathroom door has a gap so it lacks privacy. Buffet breakfast option is also not good. Very disappointing.. Only consolidation is the staffs were courteous and friendly.
