We were very impressed by the hotel. We had a Premier Plus Double room. It was comfortable and had good amenities. A stylish design, with lots of nice touches. We were very impressed by the hotel. We had a Premier Plus Double room. It was comfortable and had good amenities. A stylish design, with lots of nice touches. We loved the night light in the bathroom, what a great idea! I wish all hotels did this. Excellent level of cleanliness and very quiet despite the main road nearby. Staff are great. Friendly greeting on arrival and quick check-in. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options and the restaurant staff worked really hard keeping everything refilled and clearing tables. Plenty of parking spaces and a good location - there's a tram stop nearby if you don't have a car. All in all good value. I would definitely stay here again.

“The type of room we needed. Pity the restaurant closed at 9pm.”

The hotel is close to M1 but some distance from the city. We needed an air conditioned room with a walk in shower and were so impressed with the effort taken by the Receptionist Mandy to give us the type of room we needed. She is a credit to the organisation and she should be recognised as such

“Perfect Location to get to and From Nottingham Station”

Save for what sounded like a pack of elephants on the floor above us and the fright I got with someone banging on my door (twice) at lights out on Saturday night, I had an accommodating stay. Save for what sounded like a pack of elephants on the floor above us and the fright I got with someone banging on my door (twice) at lights out on Saturday night, I had an accommodating stay. The reception staff couldn't apologise enough when I mentioned the banging and told me security is present so had I reported it, they may have been able to do something. Food and staff were great in the Beefeater next door and the tram stop is literally over the road so I had no issue at all getting to and from Nottingham Station.

As a first-timer in Nottingham, I found this hotel easy to find with convenient, stress-free parking. I arrived super early, and the lovely staff offered to hold my bag so I could explore the many nearby local amenities before check-in. The food was very nice and the staff were welcoming throughout. The room was clean and comfortable, though air conditioning would have made it even better,. Other than those minor things, it was a really nice stay and I would definitely go back!
