“Probably the best Premier Inn we have visited”

We stayed 2 nights at the Newcastle (Washington) hotel from 11th July 26. The whole experience was fabulous. The hotel has had a recent excellent refurb and the rooms, cleanliness and whole atmosphere was first rate. Even more impressive was the overall service which was excellent; staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and it felt like a family more than a staff team. We must give a special mention to David in the restaurant and Sharon too. They just went that extra mile in making sure things were just spot on ... someone 'clone' them please because I'm sure other establishments could do with their unbeatable customer relations and service skills! It was an excellent experience staying at the Newcastle (Washington) hotel and one we cannot recommend highly enough. In fact, there was absolutely nothing negative we could say about our stay. We will most definitely going back again in the not too distant future. Thank you for such a memorable stay and the delicious breakfasts too!

Stayed with family for Take That concert. Receptionist on Tuesday afternoon shift was very helpful. Janice and Paula were lovely too when we got back in. Stayed with family for Take That concert. Receptionist on Tuesday afternoon shift was very helpful. Janice and Paula were lovely too when we got back in. Hotel is great, very clean, rooms were perfect. Housekeepers the next morning we’re all friendly and said hello as we passed. Breakfast although very busy was spot on, items constantly being replenished and Paul was very nice. All in all it was a great stay. Thanks to all the team.

“Amazing stay”

One of the best Premiers we have stayed in. Lovely staff, rooms clean and plenty of tea, coffee and milk available. The only thing that could have made the stay tip top was a summer duvet on the bed, we roasted with the winter one. Grab rails in the shower room would be much appreciated. The breakf… Więcej

One of the best Premiers we have stayed in. Lovely staff, rooms clean and plenty of tea, coffee and milk available. The only thing that could have made the stay tip top was a summer duvet on the bed, we roasted with the winter one. Grab rails in the shower room would be much appreciated. The breakfast was smashing, plenty of it and tasty.
