Excellent stay. Clean room and friendly helpful customer service. Shemika was the most helpful and sweet. Definitely will stay again on the way back through.

Great location right iff the interstate. Clean rooms . Sabrina was very nice at the front desk , every interaction with staff was great and friendly . Cons : the hot tub is broken 😌

Aside from the train that does respect sleeping hours, it was a quiet stay. Aside from the train that does respect sleeping hours, it was a quiet stay. Check-in was quick an easy, you will pay $100 for incidentals that will be refunded if everything is well upon checking out. The room: We stayed in a king room that had ample storage space, a mini-fridge and microwave. All of the outlets worked, there was even a surge protector at the desk to plug in additional equipment. The tub unfortunately had a long strand of hair in it from the last occupant. The tub also clogged so bad that we were in standing water that was halfway to the height of the tub and that was after one shower. The bathroom doorknob also came off - this was reported. Overall, the bed was nice, the room was fine. The breakfast: Coffee and tea is available on- demand by the check-in desk. The breakfast served was fine. Biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, muffins, toast, waffles and juice. My only issue was the waffles. Even after the 2 minutes to cook, my waffles tasted and looked raw. Everything else was fine. Checkout: You have the option to Checkout at the front desk or contact less via text message. We chose the text option. I also like that during our stay, really immediately after checking in, the staff texted us to see if we needed anything.
