No restaurant, no supermarket.you need a taxi for everything. The public bus system is permanently filled up to the brim. No way taking the transmillenio. No metro in Bogotá.

“A reasonably priced functional hotel at a good location”

The choice was primarily driven by location to avoid the notoriously bad traffic as much as possible, with six trips to the airport and two to downtown over a period of two weeks. The choice was primarily driven by location to avoid the notoriously bad traffic as much as possible, with six trips to the airport and two to downtown over a period of two weeks. Paid off, as the airport trips were accomplished mostly in 30-40 minutes (once an hour in really bad traffic), and downtown was also under an hour. The hotel itself is nothing outstanding, a reasonably good average hotel that could be anywhere in the world. The only negative comment I would have is that I'm accustomed to the worldwide Mercure standard of havinig tea/coffee available in the room on waking up, here the coffee maker was there but only usable with the rather pricey capsules from the minibar (or the sachets in my briefcase picked up from other stays around the world...). The restaurant lacks ambiance, the choice is limited but what is available is good with a nice staff. Altogether a pleasant experience, serving the purpose, but nothing truly memorable.

It's a nice hotel, with decent rooms and it's good value for money. The check in experience wasn't great, we had arrived very early and they didn't want to allow us to check in early, as they said the hotel was full. However, when I offered to pay more to check in early, a room was found. They should have just suggested an additional fee from the outset which we would have accepted. Breakfast was ok, not a huge choice, but it set us up for the day. The area is close to Chapinero (a 15 minute walk to many restaurants near Parque de la 93). It's a fair way from Candelaria but it's easy to get an uber or taxi. Overall a good place to stay.

“Hotel perfect, but far from centre ”

As an All member I was looking for a comfortable last night stay in Bogotá before heading home. After a bad experience with the Ibis Museo it had to be this one. No regrets at all, good modern style hotel with excellent service, late checkout until 5 pm. Nice room, good bathroom, perfect bed. Downs… Więcej

As an All member I was looking for a comfortable last night stay in Bogotá before heading home. After a bad experience with the Ibis Museo it had to be this one. No regrets at all, good modern style hotel with excellent service, late checkout until 5 pm. Nice room, good bathroom, perfect bed. Downside is the buffet breakfast with hardly any European options like bread, real yoghurt, muesli, cakes etc. Location is far from the touristic centre, 10km.

“Sterile and cold atmosphere…good value”

Okay for the money paid but nothing really special . It’s situated in a financial area with almost no restaurants around. The evening receptionist is unfriendly and not really competent but okay,not my problem. The room is okay, coffee is not free, no free water bottles! Unheard of in a third world… Więcej

Okay for the money paid but nothing really special . It’s situated in a financial area with almost no restaurants around. The evening receptionist is unfriendly and not really competent but okay,not my problem. The room is okay, coffee is not free, no free water bottles! Unheard of in a third world country with sketchy Infrastructure. Hard to arrive,worse to leave. There is public transport in front but it’s always rush hour in Bogotá apparently. You are far,far away from any tourist attraction with this hotel.
