“Too expensive for what you get”

Rooms are awful, they need an urgent remodeling and also they are not cleaned properly, shower doesn’t work well either. Outside it was a little bit better but not that much, there was trash around the pool and even though it is a problem of education from the visitors, also is the hotel responsibility to keep everything clean and tidy. Also the pool tables were dirty and I saw nobody cleaning them during my visit. Gardens and corridors are well kept though. Of course December is a busy month but despite we booked in March, the price was really high for the hotel room we got. Sylvester Party had a good live band and they did have many cute details to impress the hosts, however food was cold and they also charged an important amount of money for it (200.000 COP) Nice horses show (I thing they spend all their money in the horses rather than the rooms), friendly staff and a good place to breath fresh air and be around nature.

This hotel is nice. They have two well designed pool. What it seems a Good bar and restaurant (although we did not eat there). Room are average. They were clean (but could be better) and might need a touch of remodel, but for our need was sufficient. We loved the fact that right at the hotel we were able to go for a horse ride with two really beautiful animal. We saw lots of birds and monkey. The scenery was great. They also had an horse show for the guests! Service and stuff super friendly and attentive. It is not an high end hotel, but if you look a nice place to stay a little bit outside Villavicencio, la Potra is perfect.
