The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and prompt, and all accommodations were very nice.Great customer service and food made the experience even better. My husband and I stayed here one night during a tour of Columbia and we were pleased. Check-in was efficient and staff was very friendly. “Yopal business trip”
Great hotel, nice staff and excellent beds to sleep on. Good rooms and good service. Good location right next to stores and restaurants. Check in and check out were quick. The WiFi was not the best and dropped a lot in the room and lobby.

“Average”
Pros: good location next to a shopping center. Breakfast is slightly better than in other hotels I stayed in Yopal, good WiFi. Cons: no swimming pool, I found some staff members were not friendly, fridge in my room was not working but they replaced it quickly with the one that was working.
