We stayed for 2 nights for a couple get away! I have never met such nice staff! We went to the bar the 1st night and met a bartender by the name of Jason he was so nice nit just to us but to everyone around. I watched him interact with a family who was there eating and he made the little child feel so special and left a smile on everyone's face. He made incredible drinks and he was very interactive. We were very pleased when we can back the second night and he was still there and he bragged about loving his job and the people he worked with. He deserves a raise because we watched him do his job and others that night without a complaint he just said if it betters the company he would do whatever it took! That night we ask his last night Jason day! He deserves a raise! We also had the pleasure of meeting Neal! He was so sweet and very helpful! I have not been to a hotel that the staff are this personable in a very long time. He was so bust checking people in amd checking some out but he kept a big smile and treated everyone with respect and he didn't seem stressed in the least little bit! It was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay!

“Best Conference Venue”

Was at a 2 day conference. The hotel was spotless. The food was delicious. Staff was awesome! Thanks to Danielle, Danyiel, Robin, and Chandra! What was already a great conference due to our presenters was the most perfect experience due to the hotel staff!

“Mixed review of Delta Huntington Mall”

I have mixed feelings about the hotel. On the positive side, the evening bar and restaurant staff were outstanding. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. I have mixed feelings about the hotel. On the positive side, the evening bar and restaurant staff were outstanding. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. However, the morning restaurant person was rude and did not seem to want to be there. Breakfast was awful and by the time we arrived they were out of most things. The TVs in the rooms almost require a training session to operate them. In fact, there is a computer strapped to the back of each TV. We were tempted to unplug the computer and insert a Firestick. The only place you can safely walk to is the strip joint next door. Before we left, one of the cleaning crew asked us why we would want to be there. Well, the room was nice. If you aren't going to eat breakfast or watch TV, it's an ok place to stay.
