This is the first time I stayed at the Truss hotel. I was immediately welcomed by Jessy and received the upmost service. She was very knowledgeable about the policies and the details of the hotel. I made a great choice booking with truss and Jessy sealed it with her hospitality and guidance ❤️

“First time visiting NYC”
The location is great. Times Square and Central Park are walking distance from the hotel. The atmosphere is fantastic. The rooms are kept very clean and this hotel provides daily housekeeping. “Jessy is the girl!!”
Jessy was the best! From the second we arrived she was welcoming, knowledgeable and the true definition of GREAT hospitality and service. Jesse went above and beyond our expectations from where to shop eat and transportation! Huge kudos to her!!
