“Ignore the negative reviews”
I am currently staying at this hotel and so impressed. The hotel is spotless, the superior rooms are beautiful and cleaned daily. The all inclusive option is excellent, plenty of choice at meal times, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar staff take orders around the pool and lounge area… Plus

“Great time”
Great hotel. Second time we have stayed. The service is great from all the staff. Very clean and well laid out. Bar on site with good evening entertainment. I would say the air-conditioning in the bedroom needs locking at as it was not as cool as i would expect in respect of the outside tempreture… Plus

“Excellent”
A luxurious hotel with great ameneties and great staff. The bar was a bit chaotic at times with only one server trying to help everyone, but despite that overall the service was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed the Kalma spa and massage, would highly recommend. I also want to mention Elena by nam… Plus

“Great hotel”
Still at this hotel at moment..Lovely and clean everywhere. All staff very nice and very helpful..food good . is very safe as cameras on corridors and areas around the hotel..rooms good standard..Will definatley return..x
