Perfect stay for my family. The first night we had a perty in the room next to us, we coul barely sleep; unfortunately the reception is available till 22:00, so we could not do anything about it. However next morning, when I complained about it at the reception they immediately gave us another room (actually, two - since we travelled with our kids, and this is how they could solve the situation), no question raised, solved the issue right on the spot. Great guest service, thank you!

“Friendly Hotel”

This hotel was booked for me by a colleague and I was uncertain as the name suggested a youth hostel. Not at all, it was a very pleasant family hotel with a focus on children. The room was basic but adequate and very comfortable.

The rooms and front desk are fine - friendly enough. The place is very susceptible to noise and that can be annoying. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were NOT good. If you weren't there as one of the very first people, you were left with scraps. The location of the hotel is good for the trai… Plus

Yes, on websites you can see this place as a hotel, but in reality it`s a guesthouse. Everything was decent and acceptable but cheap. Living room has a table with 4 chair. As they apartment was reserved for 5 people it was impossible to sit down all together. Chair was made from very simple wood… Plus

Yes, on websites you can see this place as a hotel, but in reality it`s a guesthouse. Everything was decent and acceptable but cheap. Living room has a table with 4 chair. As they apartment was reserved for 5 people it was impossible to sit down all together. Chair was made from very simple wood and hard, there was no pillow on it so it was not comfortable to sit on it longer time. No couch or TV where families might spend common time together, table is also small rather for 2 persons. Bathroom very small, tight shower, old hairdryer and washbasin, some plastic cup for toothbrush. NO SOAP at all. 4 towels to 5 people. There was no glass, no mug, no water boiler or anything to help just make a cup of tea or coffee. Heating and location was good. Breakfast was adjusted to the place, it was fresh but decent. Did not try dinner. They say there is free parking near the building what is true but I have to mention that only if you go in time. If you go to buy something after ski, or in case you just don`t go back immediately after ski there won!t be parking place or just a dangerous, not secure place. and it was expensive, comparing the quality and the price. For a guesthouse we wouldn`t pay this amount.
