“nice rooms”
the hotel is good with clean rooms and great location in the pinares area, mall, supermarket and lot of restaurants and bars are very close to the hotel. staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed two times in the hotel.

Pinares Palza is a good hotel to stay in Pereira. The rooms are big and the bed is very confortable. The showers take some minutes to delivery (not so) hot water. “Pleasantly Surprised”
I had to make a last minute reservation and almost every hotel 4 stars and above were booked. I wanted something close to Comfandi and found Hotel Pinares Plaza. “Quiet”
The room was clean, the breakfast was very good. It is well located and has many options to eat outside. It took me almost 30 minutes to learn how to start on the air condition. There are not instructions inside the room to learn how to use the things

“Budget Hotel good service”
This a clean hotel with very friendly staff, good for a couple of nights, breakfast is good and included. Rooms are clean spacious and can have one or two beds, they can have even a crib in the room for the baby.
