“Welcoming, clean and helpful staff”
Really convenient locations Is good value for money considering the location we also had a lovely view of the London eye The rooms were spotless, so clean couldn’t fault it - comfy beds The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and very polite - this is the best premier inn I have stayed in

“Wonderful experience”
We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very conveniently located, with all the main attractions within walking distance and a metro station nearby. “Pleasant stay”
Very good pleasant friendly front of house staff, also very helpful, nothing too much trouble, clean and tidy room room., though price was a bit much though.

“Basic but clean”
It’s what you expect from a Premier Inn cheerful but in this case not cheap, the bathroom floor was so creaky thought you would fall through it every time you entered, the staff were helpful and polite but 2 staff at book in doing nothing apart from helping us to book in and we were the only two at… lisää
