Our family experience in this hotel was amazing from the very beginning when we checked in till our check out. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. Hotel is very clean and cozy. Amenities are great with a great location in the heart of the Centro historico(historic city center). Everything is walking distance from Hotel. Parking is completely complimentary and is very close to the hotel. A special thanks to all the staff which make this hotel very attractive. (Isabel & Karen at Front desk, Antonio & Tomas at the restaurant, and Leonardo which took the time to walk me to the parking structure and shared his knowledge on all the attractions Chiapas has to offer. We felt welcomed and at home here. I highly recommend this Hotel to friends and family or anyone in general looking for a cozy and comfortable stay in San Cristobal. Thank you, for our great experience.

We arrived on 3rd Sept and stay for 8 days, The hotel was at one block from the center of town were everything happens, lots of restaurants and pubs, Amber is a must to buy when arrived, looks great and can beat the price. Great service and even with no concierge the information and the service was accurate and with the best choices with the tourist in mind. the breakfast was very good and the choices several and the time was from 7 am to 1pm so you can sleep in and have breakfast, Tomas, Leonardo,and Lupita will help you with any request that you have. Great Job Guys Thanks. and the room was well keep and very comfortable Yoli, Hdri, and Paty always keeping the room immaculate, always preparing the room after the guest goes out, the from desk with the bellboy, wow this guy do anything to pleased, well all the employees were excellent always with a smile and willingness to help. If you travel to Cancun or Vallarta the prices for traveling and tours are 1/10 of the cost in those places so your dollar goes a lot farther. this town have so many different restaurants, from Yucateco to Jewish to Korean, wow so many to choose. Well my spouse and me were so impress and satisfied with the experience during this past 8 days that we are planning another trip in Jan 2023 now for 10 to 12 days. If you decide to GO you will not regret the decision.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. My booking through Expedia was not wonderful since they did not have a reservation for me. Thankfully Natanael front desk receptionist was able to get me a room at the same price I had originally booked with Expedia which I was very thankful for. Leanardo then showed me around the hotel which was very pretty very clean a lot of beautiful paintings and greenery. All hotel staff was welcoming and very helpful.Alejandro nighttime receptionist was so helpful in giving me suggestions around the city and also booking taxi ride home to airport. I really enjoyed my stay.
