Booking into this 3-star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised at the modern amenities such as the elevator, and the large clean rooms. Some of the staff spoke excellent English and the breakfast which was included in the very budget-friendly price was great. Nearby is a lovely salon and the conference centre.

“Good hotel”

This place is very nice, clean and Good located. The staff is excellent and very helpful. Lots of tv channels and good wifi connection. The breakfast could be better but it's fine. I will definitely stay there again.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was incredibly affordable (by Canadian standards) and had everything you need. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I was very impressed with this hotel. It was incredibly affordable (by Canadian standards) and had everything you need. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable with good, clean bedding. The bathrooms were well appointed and modern. Each room has a massive television with tons of movie choices that are all included. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They were always present and ready to call a cab or give us directions as best they could. I will say that the vast majority of the front desk staff doesn't speak English (I speak Spanish, so I could manage). They do their best to help, but it is something to keep in mind. The breakfast is included and runs until 11:00 a.m., which I was very thankful for (late nights in Bogota). The breakfast included everything you could want really. There was fruit every morning (melon, papaya, pineapple), juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. There was also cold cereal and yogurt. They offer you eggs as you would like them cooked (I had an assortment of boiled, scrambled and omelette with ham and cheese). There is also an assortment of bread to go with your eggs (croissants, buns, arepas) as well as butter and jam. This is a wonderful hotel, amazing value for money, great breakfast and very helpful staff. I highly recommend.

“Great service but need improvements”

The hotel good and the staff was nice but the bathroom got clogged, the blinds fell, and the matress was in not in it's best condition, but everything else was generally good, restaurant was delicious, good location in bogota
