“Great location, with many good qualities”

Great location, very close to Las ramblas and other tourist attractions, all in walking distance. Also about a 2 min walk to a courtyard full of great restaurants. Great location, very close to Las ramblas and other tourist attractions, all in walking distance. Also about a 2 min walk to a courtyard full of great restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful even after arriving very late into the night. The room itself was great for the price, comfortable bed, big shower and very clean throughout. The breakfast had a massive selection and the food was very good and a great price. The only issue we had was that the air conditioning in the room did not go below 19°c which made it extremely warm in the room, at one point the temperature read 29°c. We asked at reception and were told that it was set at that level and could not be changed until the summer season started. We kept the windows open which helped a little but still found it quite warm. Overall though it was a great hotel with many good qualities, I would definitely recommend and stay again.

“Hotel Rialto”

Very central hotel, based in the Gothic Quarter. Rooms are very clean, staff friendly! Within walking distance to metro and lots of nice restaurants! We walked to Barceloneta Beach area and the marina within 20 mins of the hotel. Lots of nice restaurants and bars in this area also.

The hotel is in a perfect location, you're in the Gothic quarter around the corner from the cathedral. Lots of restaurants and shops (incl a super market on a few stores away). The hotel is in a perfect location, you're in the Gothic quarter around the corner from the cathedral. Lots of restaurants and shops (incl a super market on a few stores away). You can walk to most locations, incl the beach, otherwise you have a choice of metro stations very close by. The hotel itself, is a 3 * hotel this should help with your expectations. I found the room (double room with 2 single beds and a day bed) to be a great size. Bathroom was a good size, however the drains were a little smelly. There was daily house keeping but I noticed the floors were a little dusty. We were on the 5th floor overlooking the street so it was nice to open the door and let in fresh air - good day light coming through. Some noise at night but i managed to sleep through it and can be a light sleeper. Breakfast was pretty good, options for hot and cold food , i felt like it was worth paying for it to have it in your hotel. good wifi Location, size of the room and b/fast are my pros.
