What a fabulous hotel! From arriving to leaving we were treated so well. Tomas and Maria, their amazing sons, Leftheris and Dion run this hotel to a very high standard, spotlessly clean, lovely room/s (we have stayed 4 times as we have had such lovely holidays here so we keep going back). The food is fabulous and there is such a good choice, the buffet dining area has both shaded and sun dining spaces, dependent on what you prefer. Breakfast is buffet style, with a good variety/choice such as cooked hot buffet, Greek yoghurt, fruits, cakes, cheeses, hams, breads etc and many other dishes. There is an evening meal buffet option available at approx. 20 Euros per person, lovely food, homemade and very tasty, you also have the option of the bar food, which is is of a very good standard, we had some lovely meals here which were nicer than some of the meals at the restaurants in the centre. At the bar, cocktails are fabulous, and Leftheris, who runs the bar, is always happy to help if you have a favourite drink that you would like making but is not on the menu! The bar area is very stylish and modern and very comfortable, plenty of shade if you want it, the seating areas for dining are plenty and everything you need is catered for. The pools are beautiful, (I understand there are some comments about the pools peeling?), however, this was not the issue when we were there, all 3 pools were perfect, one is heated if you prefer that. The seating and loungers etc around the pool area are modern and very comfortable, no stained, ripped sunbeds etc. and plenty of parasols to go round. The area around the pools and gardens are immaculately clean and well-kept, the gardens at the front and rear are very pretty and well maintained. There are a few different levels on which the rooms are located, we have been in several different types, and to date we have always had a lovely room with everything we could ask for. The rooms all include toiletries such as body/hair wash etc, a fridge, some cutlery and crockery and a tea and coffee maker and the usual hairdryer etc. The rooms are again, spotlessly clean and there is a good supply of clean towels and bedding throughout the stay. We have always had a room with a balcony, and these are cleaned daily and there is a washing airer/line for drying of clothes etc. Any very minor issues we have had (tap dripping/air con issue) were mentioned to the owner and the issues were resolved within that day, Thomas is very proud of his hotel and ensures a very high standard is kept and to keep his customers happy. We have had some great pool BBQs whilst staying here and a fabulous Greek night with dancing and all the traditional plate smashing, these are great events and are usually very popular, a small cost is asked for these and they include entertainment and food, usually there is a happy hour drink of the day available to purchase also, very well worth it! There are various local trips/activities advertised in reception that Thomas is happy to advise on, some of these re a great chance to explore the island a little more. The beach is a 5-minute walk away over the road and the town centre is an approximate 10–15-minute walk away, taxis run all day and night for 5 euros from the hotel to the town (reception will book this for you if you ask them). Night life is busy in the centre but because of the location of this hotel you do not get any night life noise. It is on a busy main road but tbh this has never interrupted our sleep when we have stayed, and I am a light sleeper. This is a fabulously run hotel, very considerate owners, who work extremely hard, and are always willing to ensure they can help wherever they can, friendly bar/waiting and cleaning staff, very clean shared spaces and rooms, great food and fab choice of drinks at a very reasonable price and that is why we keep going back. I would 100% recommend this hotel, it’s a delight and you will not be disappointed. A little gem and a little piece of paradise (as it says in the name!).

The Anna Maria Paradise hotel in Pefkohori is beautiful. The owners Thomas & Maria and their two sons Dionisis & Lefteris work tirelessly to constantly update and improve this already lovely hotel. The rooms are well appointed and cleaned daily. Beds are comfortable with linen changed regularly and towels changed daily. Air conditioning is included in the price as is a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities (take your own tea, coffee and milk easily available at supermarkets nearby). The rooms have a small ironing board and iron available as well as a clothes dryer on the terrace. The outside area has 3 pools (one of them heated) with plenty of comfortable sun-beds,terraced areas with lounging cushions and tables and chairs for snacking, drinking and dining. There are planted areas and water features which also add to the charm as well as a beautiful family chapel at the rear of the hotel which guests are able to use also. The breakfast at the hotel is served buffet style with a plentiful choice of hot food, chilled items, pastries, juices and coffee. The bar menu is varied and competitively priced for a hotel as are the drinks. Situated just outside the village of Pefkohori it is a gentle 10/15 minute stroll to the shops,bars restaurants and the beach. The staff at the Anna Maria are pleasant and welcoming and also work hard. The hotel welcomes all guests warmly, and talking to many whom return year after year, it is a testimony to their hard work and warm hospitality. Would not hesitate to return and would not hesitate to recommend.

“Amazing Holiday at Anna Maria Hotel”

Just returned from the Anna Maria hotel. We travelled as a family myself husband son and daughter in law. We all enjoyed a fabulous holiday. Just returned from the Anna Maria hotel. We travelled as a family myself husband son and daughter in law. We all enjoyed a fabulous holiday. The breakfast was amazing lots of variety, but I would have preferred it slightly hotter but that's a personal choice and i do find it to be the norm in the med. We did stay in the hotel on occasions for evening dinner,excellent value at 20 euros. Rooms were very nice especially my son and daughter in Laws complete with hot tub, spectacular is the only word to describe it. They were cleaned daily with fresh towels. The hotel staff are wonderful and especially Alexandra on reception she is an absolute asset to the hotel (love to Aunty). Pool areas are very modern and clean, no fights for sunbeds which are lovely and comfy. The pool itself does have some flaking paint we didn't find it a problem. (Job for end of season) . We have stayed in 5* hotels and tiles have been missing. Greek night was amazing, one of the best we have ever been to. Thomas was the life and soul of the party and created what was one of the best memories of our holiday. We would all love to return next year.
