“Noisy ground floor rooms close to kitchen and eating area”
Basic budget hotel with average facilities and service. This would be acceptable for the price if it wasn't for the fact that my room was close to the kitchen area where they prepare breakfast between 10pm and midnight and other guests create noise at breakfast time.
