“High On Dalian”
If you like Dalian, you will love this hotel in the heart of downtown, crowned with a revolving restaurant with great views of the city from the 38th floor restaurant. Closr to Victory Square, the train station, and Labour Park, with great views of the harbour and the mountains.

Is it the family owner that is tired or the hotel or both? This is a property that features on top of the building what was really fashionable in the 80's: a revolving restaurant, and it is not a revolting one.
