“Friendly personnel and very comfortable rooms”
This a good place to stay in the Chaoyang district. The people at the reception are very friendly and speak good English. Rooms are comfortable, maybe the aircon could be a bit more effective. The breakfast is very good, with plenty of western and Chinese options available.

“Far from the center of Beijing”
The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the furniture a bit dated. The position near the river, in a residential area, makes it nice for a walk during night time. Only inconvenience: very far from the center and touristic objectives. Serving only breakfast, you need to go out for lunch or dinner!

“Both very positive and negative aspects”
This is not a bad hotel, but it doesn't quite deserve its 4 stars. The location along the LiangMa river is nice, but very far from the next subway station, and you will find it hard to find the right bus if you do not know much Chinese.
