“Chef Hisyam & Entire FO Team Stands Out from crowd!”

This is certainly not the first time I am staying here but I am a regular guest here since long time ago when this property converted into Marriott properties. As usual I booked this hotel for the long weekend here with friends and arriving on Friday night after work and happily seeing familiar faces over the front office that came over to greet me by name. I also made understood that the hotel is fully booked for the long weekend with a lot of China tourist hence the lobby is a bit crowded at times. Being a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member, I have always been assigned to my favorite room that is not facing the LRT / road which gives me a good night sleep! I expected the breakfast would be super crowd hence I went down around 9:40 AM prior of their closing at 10:30 AM and were surprisingly met with Chef Hisyam which usually would immediately recognize me like an old friend, this gesture really really made me felt welcome like a VIP! He should be credit for his friendly and professional gesture in greeting the guest and the small chit chat with the guest really made the whole experience goes a long way! The food in the breakfast area has always been replenish very very fast and thanks to the Chef Hisyam! Like my previous review before, if they could consider adding the hash brown into the breakfast then it would be a perfect simple breakfast as I don't eat too heavy for the breakfast so egg station and hash brown is just sufficient with milk! I get welcome greeting everytime I go in and out of the hotel lobby by name and this simple gesture really made me felt like an important guest! As usual, I would be back again soon with my next staycation here! Thank you for the entire Front Office Team, Chef Hisyam and the rest of the staff for working so hard in taking care their guest!

Good location. Breakfast is awesome. Nice staff, they are all helpful. I came a bit late today, nearly close. But they're helpful. They asked to offer second drink and recommended food that we never tried. May I shout out to Sufhan and Asif. They are friendly, attentive and helpful. Thanks to all... more

“不错满意”

房间的装修让我很惊喜，都很不错只是我的房间对着地铁有点噪音。#0409 很遗憾我没来得及吃早餐就走了。 还有地下室的停车位有点小。 The room's decor pleasantly surprised me; everything was great except my room faced the subway and was a bit noisy. #0409 Unfortunately, I didn't have time to stay for breakfast. Also, the basement parking spaces are somewhat small.
