“Porcelonsa Trip”
5 out of 5 for me . What a pleasant person at reception that was so helpful. Rooms a very clean and a good size for Europe. Also the location is right where you want to be. Lots of cool bars and restaurant on you door step. Just a short walk to Plaza Mayor as well.

“Wonderful hotel”
Excellent hotel and very warm and welcoming staff! Dining area is magical! Breakfast was very rich and tasty! Location of hotel is great because i was well connected to important parts of Madrid and was able to do many things on foot. I will visit again when in Madrid!

“Quiet meal on the heart of the city”
Amazing staff! We had three waiters and the three were outstanding nacho, manuel and Isabel from the very beginning of the meal until the very last. Nacho made some suggestions on our indecisions. “Great location, service and price”
Nice hotel and decoration. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel staff help us during all the time. I would recommend to improve the AC system, not sure if the reason was because we are in winter, but sometimes it felt was not cooling. “Madrid city stop”
Hotel is in a great location. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. Great breakfast. Room was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant one night dinner - a storm kicked up and we decided to stay in. Was a fun family adventure.
